Cancellation Policy

If changing or cancelling an appointment, please can you do so by phone.

Deposits are fully refundable as long as we have a minimum of 7 days notice to change or cancel your appointment. (please note that the 7 days are in addition to Lucinda Ellery closures such as during the Christmas period.)

If changing or cancelling an adjustment we require 3 Lucinda Ellery working days notice or a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. For example if you wish to change an appointment for a Tuesday we would need to be informed on the Thursday prior to your appointment as we are closed Sundays and Mondays.
