New clients sometimes don't want to 'touch' the new hair too much because they're not used to it and are afraid of ruining the look. It takes a while to realize that this is as much a part of you as your existing hair was. We will have you come back and we'll do the first wash for you, teaching you how much pressure to use, how long to rinse it, and how to care for your new hair. We'll even give you styling tips.

And yes, you can use a curling iron, flat iron or even a crimper on your new system.
