Directions by Metro from Grand Central Station

• If arriving in New York by train, alight at Grand Central Station
• Take the Metro from 42nd St. towards Brooklyn Bridge/City Hall (every 4 mins)
• Get off at 28th St. (journey time around 3 mins)
• Exit the station into East 28th St. and walk WNW into West 28th St until reaching 7th Avenue. Turn right and we're a block and a half walk.
  

Alternatively if you're able to get to

Penn Station

then you're very close to 7th Avenue and we're just a couple of blocks walk south from there.
